Although StepStone has internal recruiting staff that successfully fill most positions, we may occasionally seek assistance from Recruiters/Staffing Agencies, and truly value the relationships we build and maintain with trusted staffing partners. It is important that you read the following policy before partnering with us.
StepStone Group’s global recruitment and hiring process is centralized and managed by our Human Resources Department. If your agency is interested in establishing a relationship with StepStone, we require that you work directly with the Human Resources Department. StepStone does not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates. For the protection of all parties involved in the recruiting process, resumes will only be accepted from Recruiters/Staffing Agencies if a signed agreement is in place at the inception of the recruiting effort and authorized for a specified position. Unsolicited resumes sent to StepStone from Recruiters/Staffing Agencies do not constitute any type of relationship between the Recruiter and StepStone and do not obligate StepStone to pay fees if we hire from those resumes.
Recruiters/Staffing Agencies interested in establishing a relationship with StepStone may submit their company information, along with references, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your information will be kept on file and you will be contacted if your assistance is needed.
